Cancellation Policy

At Endeavor, we want to support the flexibility of our guests and because of that, our cancellation policy is simple. All reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE.

You're probably thinking "HOW IS THAT FLEXIBLE FOR GUESTS?!" The answer is that even though we do not offer any refunds on reservations, we do offer you the flexibility and option to reschedule your stay anytime you need to if something comes up. For example, let's say you purchased a 3-Night Peak Season Package and reserved October 4-7th 2018, but then found out that you won't be available that weekend anymore. We are more than happy to help you choose another set of dates that do work with your schedule, even if you wanted to stay the October of 2019! We will assist you in finding new dates that will work right away, or you can choose hang onto your 'stay credit' and use it anytime you like down the road - as the credit will never expire. This can even be beneficial because, as our prices rise, you get to maintain the price you originally purchased your stay for.

Due to our extremely limited availability, we simply cannot offer refunds.  We are constantly turning down reservations due to lack availability and last minute cancellations & refunds would be absolutely detrimental to a young start-up like Endeavor Tiny House Retreats. Instead, we allow you to roll over your stay into different dates with no extra charge whatsoever. All we ask is that you give us a 2 weeks notice for any cancellation or reschedule if at all possible.

I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, but this policy allows us to feel confident to invest in improvements to our property, tiny house and the amenities we provide without the fear of a bubble popping beneath our feet. When we are able to constantly improve our facilities and amenities, our guest experience will constantly improve as well - and improving our guest's experience is the number one priority of Endeavor Tiny House Retreats.
